Does Wolf have a DL stint coming?

The fan base deserves a DL stint for watching this crap team more than the crap players.

I'd suggest getting Capuano up to pitch starting the next inning, hopefully finishing the game by going innings 6-9

Why can't our pitchers pitch angry or seemingly get motivated? Pitch with some desire for christ's sake. So tired of that smirk or blank stare that 90% of our pitchers have.

It's too bad we didn't pursue Chapman with Wolf's money... Originally I thought we had no chance but when Cincy jumped in and signed him I was pissied because we could have done the same thing. I would have much rather spent 30 million on 5-6 years of a possible ace than Wolf. Hooray for big money contracts to declining players.

Melvin sucks at signing free agent pitchers, bottom line.

I have despised Wolf since the game he cussed out Lucroy on the mound. No class. No good.

Our pitching is so bad it prevents our team from going on any kind of run. We might win 2 or 3 in a row but since the pitching is so brutal they can't sustain any kind of long win streak.
Yep, and that will pretty much be the story of this entire season.

Oh man, that just reminded me something else I am ticked at. Lucroy has not played in a game for over week. Like Gamel last season, a top prospect rotting away on the bench while we swirl in mediocrity. Oof!

It would also help if we could put up runs in games while they're meaningful. I think we have a team that fully subscribes to the Geoff Jenkins approach--pad the numbers when nobody is watching to make you look better than you are.

That look means they're thinking this.

"How on earth did that major league hitter take my 87 mph fastball right down the middle and hit it over 400 feet?!?"

He's just lucky... the BABIP is flukey... the wind was blowing out!

Nah, I think they are just continuing to battle. Something our pitchers don't do. Nibble, Nibble, Nibble, ahh crap, here it is!

Only 40% of his homers were legit.

Uhhh, yeah. Wolf sucks. Left-handed Suppan, officially.
I wasn't happy about the Wolf signing at all. I couldn't believe they signed him after the lesson they should have learned with Suppan.

So now Suppan will be off the books next year but we will have Wolf eating up salary. Mark my words, Wolf will be the third worst signing in Brewers history behind Suppan and Hammonds.

Don't forget Billy Hall. At least Wolf has a chance to improve still. I won't evaluate the contract till after year 3

Every Cubs game I see, Byrd is diving on the ground and sprinting around. When does he blow out a wheel or something?

He was trowin' pretty well. In da 5th inning, he got da ball up over da plate.

Why do they think Jerry Augustine is good?
