Chat problems

I keep having intermittent problems with being unable to type. Ironically, I can use the smilies. What i've been doing is quitting the chat room and rejoining. Tonight it won't let me open the chat window. A smaller window appears saying "wrong password." If I hit the log in window in the chat refusal window, it says guests can't login. It persists through computer restarts and logging in and out of BF.

 

So apologies to hawing, rad, bling and whoever. I didn't blow you off, I was rendered speechless!

This issue started to be reported at Support this week. I'll mention that we have at least one member reporting difficulties and watch for any information from staff.

Until midway through Friday's game, I had the same "wrong password" greeting upon trying to enter the chat - though others did not.

I haven't (yet) experienced the inability to type that Pete is reporting.

I'm not able to get into the chat now either. I could get in when Pete reported his problem a couple of hours ago.

This is definitely hit and miss. For me, it's mostly miss. I was able to get in late last night, but that access was gone the next time I tried. Likewise, I had access early this morning, but I don't now.

 

If anyone else is experiencing issues, reports would be helpful, just in case they might be of use to Yuku staff. Right now, nobody has any clue what's going on. This issue was brought up at Support two days ago, but there hasn't been any response from staff.

I was just in with no problem. I tried typing and that worked too. It was lonely in there.

I tried 4 minutes after you stu and couldn't get in. Mac user if it matters. I just updated my Flash a couple days ago.

I just tried now and got the Wrong Password "greeting." I also am using a Mac, in case that becomes relevant.

I have a family thing to attend now, so I will not be trying again this afternoon.

I haven't been able to get in since early this morning. There doesn't seem to be any pattern across the other reports I've seen (old Flash, different browser, OS, or whatever). I think this is totally on Yuku.

 

I tried creating a new room, but that was a no go. New rooms have also been unsuccessful on other boards.
