Guitar Hero 3 Announced/Huge Rock Band Update

Yeah last I heard they originally said 350 for the game and controllers, then saying keeping it under 250 and now 150 - 200. That's still a bunch of money, but if it's that fun I'll get it.

Rock Band announces it will feature downloadable FULL ALBUMS for the game. The first to be available? Who's Next (by the Who). Supposedly Metallica will have one available as well.

 

Also, Steven Van Zandt has signed on to be music advisor.

They still don't have a price for the controller kits do they? I watched the E3 demo (God it looks like fun) but it seems like it's going to be very expensive.

And I get the impression that a band is going to be in one or the other at this point.

 

 

 

Slash has signed on to actually appear in GHIII as a character, as well as adding Welcome to the Jungle and a solo track to the music list.
