Too bad that it turned into a DP, but it looks like Casey is starting to come around. Plus, we at least tied it up.

He does seem to be making better contact, although it is painful watching him try to beat out a DP. I really hope he can turn it around, but only time will tell.

Yep, 2 screamers and a pop up, but I'll take it. Estrada needs to eat a ton of innings tonight.

We can't buy a call at first base tonight. Crawford out at first in the 1st and Lucroy looked safe.
Lucroy was out by about a quarter of an inch.

For those complaining about Green not being in the lineup, I don't think it's that realistic to expect management to want to all of a sudden throw him in as the starting SS on the road against Boston for his first big league action in his life.

That's probably fair. No reason not to call up Gamel to play first or DH though
