I agree, it would also make pitchers have to give Prince more than 1 pitch to hit per AB.

Given the 25 man roster, I don't mind Kotsay playing 1B. He probably handles the position fine. I would have liked to see Gamel or Green up for interleague, but so it goes. I actually would have liked to see Kotarras get a shot at 1B over Kotsay, but that's not a huge improvement.

I agree with you, but it see why they didn't with the interleague schedule of 1 series away 2 at home and 1 away. They wouldn't be used at home with no DH.

Well, whomever it was would be better used than Kotsay or YuniB or Wilson.
