A LHP who's specific purpose it is to pitch to lefty hitters only. Google reveals that it's an acronym for "Lefty One-Out GuY".

Zack Braddock will not pitch again this season.

That's, uhh, troubling. Completely lost season for Braddock, in one that many or most expected to be one where he'd take another step forward as a legit bullpen guy.

Tom H just twetted that he talked with zack and his sleep disorder is in the past and he feels good.

That would obviously be huge if Braddock could return to form, or even close to what he was. Hopefully he can get everything back on track.

Good news. He's still only 24 and talented. I sure hope it's in his past for good. They could use him healthy and throwing well.
