Grumble...Shane F. Victorino. I guess we can hope it's a ground rule double.

Edit: Thus at least delaying the inevitable tying run. /shaking fist

Narveson runs out of gas in the 6th...Brewers probably going to lose against the Phillies split squad.

The Phillies just do what's necessary to win games. They're not flashy, they're damn good.

I think Mayberry was out. This game should be 3-1, going into the 7th. (2-1 if Gomez takes a better angle there). Instead it'a 6-1, and I'm turning off. Narveson pitched a good game, doesn't seem that way.

Nice to see the ol' classic Narvy meltdown against a team missing 3 of it's 4 best hitters in their starting lineup.

Poor defense or not, Narveson couldn't make a pitch to save his life in that inning once he got 2 outs.

This is certainly going to make tonight's sausage race anticlimatic.

This made me laugh. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Looks like the home record is starting to normalize a bit.

3 of those runs should not have scored if the ump doesn't blow that call but you still have to get out of it.

This Philly lineup looks like a spring training game yet they have 6 runs.

last two teams make you realize that that maybe both the cards and Phillies are the better teams and we get no more freebie with playing the astros, Hang on boys this will be wild ride and we might just make history.

I m glad narvy is heading to the Bullpen is really our weak link does not have the stamina to go longer than 5.The brewers have to see some doubt with losing 5/6 and now today to a minor league group of phillis.

No offence, but I really hope I'm not sitting by you during the playoffs at Miller Park ... because this makes me think you are one of those who will call for Greinke to get pulled if he issues a one out walk in the 4th. If there is one thing that makes my skin crawl it is over-reaction. Heaven forbid we have a bad stretch a baseball...

If this proves to be how the game ends, it reminds me of two things: Narvdog's tendency to succumb to the 'big inning,' and the first two games of the NLDS, when the Brewers only yielded runs to PHI in one inning per game.
