This is incredibly sad news for the Brewers nation. I know Steve didn't really have anything to do with the Brewers, but I think it's fair to say that all of Brewers nation mourns with Bob on this one.

Terrible news. Prayers go out to the family. I was really surprised that Ueck did the game on Saturday. I don't think anyone would blame him if he took as much time off as he wanted to.

On the other hand, the routine of calling games might be just what Bob needs. That's the kind of thing that's different for everyone.

I believe I read that the memorial service is Monday morning and (as of Saturday), he intended to keep up his normal broadcast schedule.
