Just so everyone's in the loop ... I am fairly sure that all of the medallions and the album will be on sale after the 23 day period without the coupons.

 

At least that is how other programs like this have worked. The coupons provide "access."

i would not be so sure, I had to go to five places today to get my extra medallion (getting a set for myself, and trying my luck at selling a set on ebay). They're tough to find. If what you're saying is true, they would have to make whole new shipments to all retailers.

Tailgat0r -- In most cases, the team has a "catch-up" night where fans can come to the stadium and fill in their sets. Trust me -- this won't be the only time you can pick up the medallions.

If you have the folder the coins go in, take a look at the picture of Pete Vuckovich. What's up with that hat? I don't recall the team wearing one with the ball in the logo being blue. ???

Interesting that they are using uni and cap pictures from the 82 road jerseys. I wonder if there is a direct correlation that they are not using the old home cap and uni because of MLB licensing trademark violation, now that we have retro uni friday.

 

Edit: Looks like I was wrong, Pete Ladd is in home uni.

Per today's paper-

Besides today's "Bonus Coupon" for any previously released medallion it says- "Did you miss a medallion? Don't worry, by do save your medallion coupons. There will be a way for you to acquire any medallion you missed along the way. See the May 19th Journal Sentinel for details on how to complete your set."
