I could not see this anywhere else, but what do you guys think? I personally do not like the move seeing as they have no other leadoff hitter. Jacque Jones? Sorry couldn't find the blue ink.

Soriano's probably more useful in the 3-5 spots than he is in the leadoff spot. I know that Soriano has said that he wants to be in the leadoff spot and that's where he feels the most comfortable, so I guess we'll have to see how this turns out...maybe Soriano will punch out Piniella soon. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Some of it is playing well, some of it is facing bad teams, some of it is just luck.

 

Today they got out of a couple big jams and Scott just missed a 3 run shot that would have probably cost them the game. There were 2 very hard hit linedrives right at Aramis with the bases loaded. They got HR's out of Pagan and Theriot which is like us getting it from graffy and counsell. Sometimes the balls just bounce your way.
