Got all the guys I wanted to go after, except Hisle since he no showed. Again. (Still got the card I wanted signed from a vendor for a buck, still waiting to get a ball signed.). Also walked away with Zach Duke and Figaro balls from Waukesha Sportscards. That place really hooks it up, signed balls are cheaper than blank balls. Picked up about a dozen cards for my first card project, and got a handful of postcards from prospects and one from Rob Deer.

Got a Harper, May, Spivey, and a 90's jersey with 5 on the back. I was thinking it coulda been Jenkins, but the tag says 95 and "Hostetler" but the only guy who wore 5 that year was Surhoff, so now I don't know what's what.

Line of the day came from Rob Deer. I thanked him for replying to my TTM request last year, he said "I'll always sign if you send it to the stadium, but just don't mail that stuff to my house"

BCS, I found that name too and was thinking that could be the case as well. It's just weird since Surhoff also carried that number.

Matt, I'm gonna hang onto it because it's the only jersey from that era that I have, but thanks.

Did anyone pick up a Hank Marathon bobblehead? They were selling for 40 bucks, and they had at least 100 of em. I considered it but ultimately walked away.

I was shocked that they were selling 02' Sexson, 03' Hammonds, 06' Miller and 06' Turnbow bobbles at the Community Foundation table for $5 each! I picked up a Hammonds since the one I had did not have a box. Wonder where they unearthed these from the bowels of Miller Park. Other than that I bought a Colorado Springs Sky Sox t-shirt and picked up one of those The Batman and Robin posters from one of the vendors for $40. In pretty good shape to, just a small bend crease on it. Thinking about taking it to the Molitor signing at Legends of The Field this weekend and then getting Yount on it next time he is in town for a signing of some sort.
