That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Hoping for another quality start from Davies tonight. Keep showing signs of improvement rather than the opposite.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

The difference between the two pitchers ERA is one thing, but the real difference that stands out to me is the WHIP. Tonight will be difficult for the Brewers.

This line up is probably the best one we have.

Love the top 5 positions in the lineup tonight. I know that we are going to lose some of our good vets before the season is over, but the top of this order is one I would think a good team could build around. I personally like A. Hill (in the 6 spot), but he has to prove to others that he is able to consistently perform.

Does Perez have any speed and should they send him?

With a lefty on the mound? Heck no. He isn't that fast and his lead is probably pretty bad.

And the Brewers catch Conley sleeping and there isn't even a throw.

Behind batter 1 = 2 and 0

Behind batter 2 = 3 and 0

Behind batter 3 = 1 and 0, 2 and 1, 3 and 1, Walk

Behind batter 4 = 2 and 1, Struck batter out

Behind batter 5 = Hit scored a run

Behind batter 6 = 1 and 0, 2 and 1, out

Every batter Davies faced had control of the situation.

Aaron Hill should get us a nice prospect at the deadline. He is still a solid veteran hitter that can play both 2B and 3B. Someone will want him.

Perez had consecutive seasons of 23, 27, 24, and 28 steals between 2010 and 2013. He had 10 in winter ball. He knows how to steal a base.

And they did send him
