Brewers paint Bernie bobblehead missing paint?

So I bought a paint Bernie bobble on Craigslist for my son, only to get home and realize it has no paint. The seller is being kind of a jerk about it, and causing more headache than its worth. Lesson learned to check the box.

 

What are the odds the Brewers will swap it for me so I can get one with the paint? U

Pretty good if it legitimately didn't ever have paint in it. Probably will give you a new one regardless. Seeing they probably have pallets of them.

I got a broken Jedi Luc last season, didn't notice it until I got home and they replaced it with no problem, didn't even want the broken one back. (I had sent them pics of the cracked ankles)
