He says he's healthy and feeling strong. He certainly is worth a minor league deal and a look see in Arizona even though his AAA numbers weren't very good in 2016.

He'll be 32 next season, isn't very good, and doesn't have any upside to do more than rebound into a back of the rotation starter, best case scenario. I really don't see the point.

Depends on where his velocity is at. If he can get back to 91-92 over 70+ pitches or 93ish out of the pen, sure. If he's throwing 87, probably not worth it even if he's still generating a ton of ground balls.
