Looks like Hader and Aguilar are now locks for the All Star Game.

Being a no-name first baseman it is nearly impossible to be a lock.

Outside of that Fangraphs has him as the #7 first baseman...in the NL. Right behind him is a well know name Bellinger. I’d have to say he is quite far from a lock...maybe even on the outside looking in.

How many 1B even typically make it? Freeman, Votto, and Goldy are all no-brainers over Aguilar. Belt also likely easily over Aguilar.

Yeah I’d say Agauilar might get put on that last vote in thing.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Goldy is not a lock at all. He was hitting .200 until a couple weeks ago. The Brewers have the best record in the National League. They shouldn't just be represeted by the minimum one player. Dave Roberts should be able to recognize what's going on.

I think we could see a lot of what happened tonight. Miller starts at SS, we hopefully get a lead and let Arcia finish it off with good defense.

Jennings has been a pile of trash for a good month now.

Yes Jennings is making it very easy to figure out who goes when Davies and Miley come back

Yah seems he hasn’t turned into the long man garbage time pitcher...so he is likely on his way out.

3 starts without giving up a run as a starter out of 4 is pretty good. More then 1K per inning in each start. 2 starts with 10Ks or more... Easily has to be one of the best starts to a career of any Brewer pitcher.

Oooof. Arcia and a .488 OPS. How would that rank if he were a pitcher? Middle of the pack?

I don't agree, but Hader hasn't pitched in four days.

I'd hardly say that Barnes failed considering he hasn't given up a run yet.

Barnes failed when he walked Duda when that is the last thing you should do.

Is Peralta the Ace we have been longing for?

Yep that's why Counsell pulled him good for him.

There is just no way we can give Peralta up in a trade at this point, not for Machado, not for Syndergaard, not for anyone unless we get more pieces that can help us.
