  1. I feel they are an above average team that seems to be in a tough division and of the seven series we have played, six of them have been against teams under .500. With the return dates for Chourio and Vaughn being pushed back if anything.
  2. Woodford hasn't pitched since March 29, so he is going to get some innings soon. So don't know if Red Sox are heavy left/right for a selection between the righty Woodford and the lefty Drohan.
  3. The Royals and Rays are .500 in games not played against Brewers. And the White Sox are 4-2 in games not against the Brewers.
  4. Did anyone see Bauers chirping at Buckner after that half inning was over? Someone on facebook said he did, but I assume that they are full of it. But thought I would check. It would be really stupid to make buckner mad for behind the plate today. Once two ABS are wrongly challenged, he can go crazy on his calls against us.
  5. Harrison is much more than a spare part. And Drohan looks to be a cheap pen guy sooner than later. Hamilton would be classified as spare parts for Boston, he didn't hit enough to keep a backup infielder spot.
  6. That 3rd outfielder better really be struggling for them to bring Yelich in to play the OF. I will bet he has back issues and can't hit if he ends up there a good chunk of the season. Don't mess with a good thing. If anything Yelich can take more days off against tough lefties this season.
  7. 90-72 Compared to last year: Improved: Contreras, SS, Turang, Chourio Close to last year: 3B, 1B (in total for the season), Frelick Down: Yelich, won't get .779 OPS of Collins, starting rotation is going to take a lot of lumps until they get it locked in
  8. Brewers are so use to putting an option on contracts, they even started doing it for the coaches.😎
  9. I gave them a B. But if Zerpa doesn't work out eventually, and Collins replicates what he did last year, then that grade is way too high.
  10. I know he is already into arby, but they still have options, so I would think we could start the year with him in AAA stretching out his arm. Then he is available as needed for starter or pen role. That is assuming everyone else looks so good and stays healthy that he is not one of our starters on opening day.
  11. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/02/angels-sign-brent-suter-reliever.html Brent Suter to the Angels. Nice that he is still around.
  12. https://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2026/02/dodgers-designate-anthony-banda-for-assignment.html A name from the past. Anthony Banda designated for assignment, but since he has a $1.625M contract, no one might pick him up and the Dodgers can keep him.
  13. I agree that Vaughn could turn back into a pumpkin. But if we have to, Bauers can take the heavy side of the 1B platoon. And if he has a bad season, maybe Tyler Black is still on the roster. I think Vaughn will hit lefties, even as a pumpkin.
