Glad they won but total BS this game was played.... what fan wants to start watching a baseball game at 10 ET? How many families went to that game, left around 8 or 9, and have to eat the $100 to $200 on tickets? Baseball needs a rule or more common sense rule with when a game should be called.

I know it's a Friday night rain delay game, but I feel like there would be a few more comments if we had lost 10-2.

If you’re unable to watch a game, the thread length is a good indicator of whether they won or lost.

It at least was a Friday night. Unfortunately the alternative to not waiting it out is to have even more games to make up along the way. There were probably people at the game that could not have attended a hypothetical make-up game. Regardless of what you do about rain someone won't be happy.

People could sell a future game ticket, though. Refunds work too, if baseball truly cares.

And even if you COULD stay because it was a Friday night/no school or work the next day, who wants to stay in a ballpark for 6 or 7 hours in a row and get home at 2 or 3 in the mornin? Few.

Nice to see a 10 spot put up without any homeruns. Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come with guys playing a little small ball and manufacturing some runs instead of being so homerun reliant.
