This bullpen has really been hurt by the lack of progression from either of Taylor Williams or Jacob Barnes. Especially with Knebel out for the year.

 

It’s pretty sad neither of those guys became useful, to this point. You would have thought one would be something.

How many chances does Williams really need? He can't throw quality strikes. I don't care if it's the Marlins; MLB hitters will sit on fastballs, even if they're "electric" like we're told each time Williams gives up multiple runs.

And Williams faring no better than a position player on the mound isn't going to make anyone feel good about Hiura being in San Antonio.
