Garrett Cooper would look real nice instead of Aguilar.

Yea he would. Wasn’t he traded for Webb, who made like a handful of appearances out of the pen?

Yah, though I’m pretty sure Cooper was an eventual lost cause in offseason so kind of irrelevant. But still sucks to see when our RHB at 1B has been just horrible.

Sucks when a 6th round pick (high pick due to bonus pool saving alert...I think) never gets a chance for your team and seems to have found success elsewhere.

Kimbrel to the Cubs is no big deal. I am sure that Taylor Williams will be back soon in order to keep us in this thing. Lol

No worries, we kept Jacob Barnes around. :indifferent

Houser getting better every appearance. This guys a weapon, hate the way he’s being used. He should be starting or at worst pitching more. Geez, front office & CC need to regroup.

Great series in Pitt then Hirua banished, Cubs sign a closer you could have had, then you are getting waxed by the AAA Marlins. It cannot be a worse start to an important week. We could look back at this week as a turning point in lots of ways.

Agree 100%. Starting for me. This team seems to struggle with pitching moves in general. Anyone know why Nate Griep never seems to even get a shot at the show?? If Jacob and Taylor get 15 chances a piece a guy with 100 saves in the minors and is still young can't be a middle relief guy?

Jeez, it's like a whole different team showed up in Milwaukee yesterday. What is happening?

You talk about him a lot, but I don't think I've seen you get his name right even once.

One run against pathetic pitching, 22 runs against a pathetic offense. Nothings wrong though! To quote Ned yost “billy will be fine”

I recall the same about that Pittsburgh series last year. How did that work out?

I think it’s safe to say that the Brewers pitching is back to being a major problem.
Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

I am not a fan of the commercials between battlers that awkwardly make Brian Anderson’s job weird for 10 seconds and then .25 seconds after it ends a pitch is delivered.

Way to go Stearns..letting Kimbrel go to your biggest rival. You absolutely CANNOT let that happen. If the Cubs win the division it's on DS. I thought they were "going for it" this year?? Guess not...

That should decide it. Get Houser a go in the rotation. Should have let him hit instead of Aguilar, probably a better shot at getting on base.
