Perez's career numbers are better than Saladino's, plus he is a better OF. Numbers are almost equal, but Saladino wouldn't be any kind of upgrade over Perez.

A utility infielder hitting like a utility infielder is expected (and yes could be replaced). A couple power corner IFs who are supposed to be middle of the order bats hitting like a utility infielder is a bigger issue
