Would someone please explain how to calculate this stat?

 

From it's name, I get the idea of what the stat is, but what does it tell you exactly?

I found the formula on baseball-reference.com.

 

2*HR*SB/(HR+SB)

 

I can't wait to see where Weeks ranks on this list in a few years.
