I'm proud to report that your Brewerfan.net Softball team plated 24 runs this evening and got the victory. We gave up 14 runs which can't help Brewerfever's ERA, but it's still a win.

Everyone played quite well, lots of nice hitting. I managed to strikeout to lead off the game, but ended up 1-3 with a walk, a run scored, and an RBI.

I wish I could have stayed longer after the game for the good eats Brian and Nicole brought for us, but home duties called.

Thanks for all the hard work Nicole, it's appreciated.

24-14? Wow, I picked the wrong night to not be able to make it. How many innings was the game given the score? 3? 4?

 

Tonight's game was against a team we expected to be really tough, correct? Good stuff, congrats fellas.

Oh- forgot to add that Landmark sent a lefty out to the mound to face our all right handed lineup. He walked quite a few batters and got hammered with a shaky defense behind him.

I believe the score was 23-14 (23-13 in our books, but there was a discrepancy -- no matter) in 6 innings. I think we scored 10 in the last two innings to bust open an otherwise back-and-forth game. Ok, I guess I added a run to our score. No biggie, a win is a win.
