Invalid seat upgrade offers

Screenshot-20220626-120425-Gmail.jpgScreenshot-20220626-120326-Chrome.jpgI sit in section 118 where I get seat upgrade offers in my email as soon as I check in.  Then when I try to redeem it and look at the seat map all it gives me to choose from is upper level and outfield tickets.  Happens every time.  I don't see the point in making such an offer then.
