Quintana is continuing the near perfect pitching from the Cardinals deadline pickups. No hits through 5 innings against the Rockies as the Cards lead 1-0. 

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Gallo is off to a good start with the Dodgers. That’s his 3rd HR in 9 games.

I wonder what the difference in win percentage is between games our starter goes 6+ innings and less than that. we've had one too few effective bullpen arms for a while, so it seems like there'd be a big difference.
