I think I saw Mr. Applegate talking to Lola behind the Cardinals dugout.

I'll just never understand the DH batting 1st. I'd think if you did U'd probably have your best  hitters batting after him. Curious how many other teams in all of MLB do this

It's inexplicable and it's either PEDs or Devil Magic.

He was doing it.   He was smart to get off of it when it was all coming down and he dropped off a ton

He will get in the hall of fame now unlike the others in that era

Yelich is batting third? With a .379 SLG?

There are three things America will be known for 2000 years from now when they study this civilization: the Constitution, jazz music and baseball. They're the three most beautifully designed things this culture has ever produced. Gerald Early

It doesn't matter where the DH bats.  If they are 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th it doesn't really matter.

Taylor's swing path looks more extreme launch than before to me.

No it is about the same unless you mean when he first debuted with the Brewers in the minors.

Isn't the DH normally one of the team's better batters?

The bat is pretty much vertical at trigger. For me that's to much.

Not unless you have a time machine and can go back to the early 2000's or 1990's.

Is it bad form to post Robots when the call is in your favor?

No always call them out they are just bad majority of the time.

That one on Taylor was brutal. Way inside.

Not much scoring in MLB tonight. The six finals so far are 1-0, 2-1, 2-1,  2-1, 4-1, and 4-2.

Yelich actually threw a runner out. Now I've seen it all.

If he hits a homerun in this one we better look up for meteorites because the world might be ending.

The weather is starting to cool a bit.  Offense is probably going to look like April and May going forward.

That was kind of a snide remark. So all DH's nowdays are just mediocre. Whatever....
