Keston having his usual normal day, but let's play him every game,OK? (BLUE)

His team-leading OPS will be higher going into tomorrow's game than at the start of the night

Would the Brewers have a couple more wins this season if Alexander would have stayed on as a starter in place of Ashby? Factoring in being able to use Ashby out of the bullpen in that scenario, seems likely.

Why won't CC let a RP pitch more than 1 inning, especially if they have a low pitch count?

Because then they won't be available tomorrow.

I think it's pretty much based on his HR's & BB's, not his hits.

No. Alexander has an ERA over 5 for a reason and nearly as many walks as strikeouts. A flash in the pan and nothing more. Ashby actually needs to be in the rotation to develop as his ceiling is immense.

Also, some pitchers cant throw max effort for 10 pitches and then sit for 10 minutes and ramp it up again.

Best win of the season, I'd say. Who'd have thought a month ago that we'd shut out the Dodgers and none of Burnes, Woodruff, Hader, or Williams would be involved, but rather Strzlecki, Milner, and Alexander....

He also has one of the highest batting averages on the team if your preference is to ignore walks and quality of hits.

He did tonite (Milner). I hear ya though, it's just not something he does with late-inning guys. That may change as the season compresses a little more.

So what we learned tonight is Yelich obviously has a better throwing arm if he hits third?. Does anyone know the contract situation w/ Strezlecki? Not anointing him as a big difference maker or anything but he shows signs of being a more than serviceable middle inning guy.

He doesn’t need to think about double switches or who is up. Should be easy to let a reliever pitch to an extra guy next inning for matchup purposes. Did it tonight, thoug. Correct.

Nice to see Keston go deep with mom and dad in attendance.

I wish they could get Adames and Urias to follow his lead on getting rid of the big leg lift and cut down of the pre swing movement.

Crazy how as soon as he gets to face a righty, Keston hits one to the moon.

It's just.....really hard to figure that kid out. One thing is becoming pretty certain. His potential production is a lot greater than what they would receive on the trade market, so you gotta think he's coming back.

Hope he threw a Rolex or three to whoever got him to ashcan the leg kick.

And he also has WAY less PA's than the top 11 players.

I imagine a lot of it has to do with how some guys just aren't conditioned to throwing, sitting down then getting back up. Milner seems to be someone who shouldn't be affected by it. It's one of those things old-timers would laugh at & I wouldn't blame them. Just really protective with guys who don't usually do it.

So how many consecutive days can these unconditioned guys go? I'll bet it's not many. I hope they're not making a lot of money.

Agreed that was awesome!
