I don't have a copy, but in the event no one responds, this looks like a pretty good deal. I saw the 2002 version go for $2.97.

That's a different book. That one is the book for rules of baseball. I'm looking for a binder that isn't available for re-sale that outlays all of the front office rules for baseball specifically called "The Official Professional baseball rules book"

I'd recommend asking all of your sources and stuff, I'm sure someone must have an inside scoop or at least know of some under the table way of obtaining one. Heck, ask Jim Powell, I'm sure he' do it for Brewerfan.
