Avatar and signature?

Hey guys just wondering if someone could help me out in setting up an avatar for myself and also putting a signature on all of my posts. I notice a lot of people do that, and I can't say I really know how to. Thanks.

They are all in your Control Center. Avatar is under Edit Profile while the signature is under Account Preferences.
