Why did Cards Manager Argue

The call went St Louis’s way on the throw to first base so why did the Manager argue and get thrown out.  What did I miss

The Cards bench didn't like ball/strike calls since start of game. This was the 2nd time in as many innings they had to challange a call at 1st. They won both. So they felt the umps were against them on every call and were chirping from the dugout.

 

Ump tossed the bench coach for yelling durring/after the review so the manager decided to vent his anger. The manager also had pent up anger from losing seven in a row and the rumors he is going to be fired.
