Meh. Devanney as a 27 year old has a 99 wRC+ repeating AAA for the 2nd time. Clarke didn't work out but we gave up basically nothing to get him.

Agree with both you and Joseph. I'm not saying that Devanney is necessarily the better player. I just really liked his game and hated to see him go, especially for a AAAA pitcher who spent a third of the season on the IL and got DFA'd.

Oh another one. Great. Bazzana continues to be the worst base runner in the minors and the Rattlers finally get out of it but oh boy this feels insurmountable.

8-4. To the 9th we go

Tough to win a series against left-handed hitting Lake County if you only have Manfredi available for one game and Molina (first appearance in High-A) as the only other LHP on the roster.

Needed Brian Fitzpatrick.

Good night all.

Some very uncharacteristic pitching performances in key spots. Some very poor hitting with early men on base situations. The story of this game, unfortunately. They pulled within 6-4 and RHP Tyler Bryant had his toughest outing since maybe his first game as a Mudcat?

I can't believe I just submitted my final Minor League report. It's time to shift into some serious Fall Farm duties. It's been an absolute pleasure. I'm disappointed at the Muddies and T-Rats losses but, more than anything, I'm just grateful for their seasons. They gave us some lasting memories to carry through future seasons. Here's hoping the Shuckers can at least make the Biscuits work tomorrow night. Here's hoping.

Go Brewers! It's been a fun ride, all.

Phenomenal job as always Joseph. We really appreciate your knowledge and passion.

Hopefully Biloxi grabs two shocking wins at Montgomery, which could put you write back to writing a report or two next week.

It all starts with KC Hunt tonight!

I guess I've already revealed how I think that Biscuits series is going to go.

Reverse psychology?
