This interview with Brewers Scouting Supervisor Drew Anderson via Vinny Rottino is outstanding. Anderson provides amazing insights into the changing scouting landscape, with new transfer rules, NIL money overflowing at the college level, etc.

It was posted and linked at the archived media thread atop the Major League Forum, but deserves a larger audience, especially for those who are following this minor league forum with interest in the draft process as well. It is so worth your 50 minutes of time.

Really good insight into why we are going at prep kids over college kids in the draft lately. I'm sold, I'm going pro (as a fat old man).
