The Triple-A crown goes to the first half International League winning Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp. Heck of a way to take the Title:

This walk-off is all the more impressive if we consider Jacksonville did this in Las Vegas at the Aviators' Home ballpark. They also did this after losing their lead - a lead they had for six innings - in the top of that same 9th inning in this fashion:

Resurrecting this July post to indicate that Will Childers grandfather Terry Childers had an eight-year minor league catching career, one of those years (1972) in the Brewers system! Sadly, Terry passed in 2013 at age 66. Still, quite the three-generation legacy and connection.
