Twins piling up wins

while many of our guys are in tailspins.

BUT

our winnins are about to have their beginnins!

I don't want to hear the pitching matchup chatter!

It doesn't matter!

For every Brewers' batter -- the pitches will look fatter!

The ball we will splatter!

Now, it is about heart!

Every player will do his part!

Our season is about to start!

Hang up a picture of our opponent, and throw a dart!

If you can't see this, you need a new eye chart!

The offense is in such a bad place, that I didn't even put up a fight when my wife wanted the new Mormon reality show (with the worst people known to mankind) on the big TV in the mancave. If that isn't a bad sign I don't know what is.

To make matters even worse is we are on FOX today and we usually stink when on national TV.

Things are turning today!

The Twins will pay!

I can still see it there!

The Brewers are not afraid of the standings in mid-May!

We are defending division champions!  We have won this 3 of the last 4 seasons!

We are not intimidated by anyone in this division!

Let's go, Brew Crew!

Get the next two!  Twin Wins!

Oh, ye of little faith!

Don't worry about the fact the MLB really puts it to small-market teams every season!

Don't worry about our resultant inability to sign/retain very good players!

Don't worry about all our injuries!

We are resiient!

We are fighters!

We will not be denied!

We have Brewers pride!

Fight! Fight! Fight!

That site is owned by MLB so no the Brewers didn't change it.  It was a change on all of the team sites on mlb.com as they all follow the same template.  Try Twins.com, Braves.com, Yankees.com or Dodgers.com and you will see they all look exactly the same.  MLB made an update to their templates and the standings are now removed from the front page and will probably return closer to the playoff run.

Godspeed to fans attending tonight's game amid the cribbage board giveaway frenzy. This is an example of how I don't really miss moving almost all of the giveaways from Sundays to Saturdays.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Last night's star wars chourio bobble was a complete madhouse.  Ridiculous how they have that set up.

So Chourio is back in the 2 hole tonight after being moved to the 6 hole last night and having his second worst game of the season...just bizarre especially taking into consideration Murphy's comments. Who the heck is making the lineups for this team??

What were the comments? I missed it.

There were quite a few.

"It's perspective. Hey Jackson, look around. If you're going to hit in the middle of the order - he's done great, and this kid is not, quote, at his best an still putting up some pretty impressive figures, hitting balls hard - you've got to meet the game halfway"

"You have a guy who can spot the baseball and scoot it over this much and make you swing at it every time, fly out to right, that's too simple. He's better than that. And he's got to see that. And maybe hitting a little lower will take the pressure off a little"

"Trying to get him to understand the ball-strike thing a little better. When you're hitting in the top of the order and you're swinging at almost every pitch, it makes it hard to run in front of him. I'm not saying don't swing when it's a strike, but when you're leaving the zone, then that's it's hard to get your offense going"

"When you're behind in the game, you can't leave the zone. Everybody comes into it saying 'Hey, we just don't have to throw him strikes, go above and go away and soft down'"

"We saw some of this early last year, and he came out of it. So, hopefully he will. I don't know if he takes it too personal. He's a young man. We'll get it straightened out"

Thanks.

Easy for me to say sitting here but I don't have a problem with those comments. Nothing he said is wrong or that harsh; then again, I'm not Jackson. You could see in his first AB last night his body language was off and I didn't even know about these comments until just now.

Murphy is right here. Jackson needs to be more selective, and maybe he's trying to put the team on his back or maybe he's not seeing it, but he needs to settle down and see a few more pitches and slow it down a bit.

Not saying anything is wrong with the comments. Just saying it's bizarre that after making these comments last night that he moved Chourio back to the 2 hole after going 0-4 with 4 pretty awful strikeouts.
