So Dec 26 will also include college guys from '23 draft: Wilken, Boeve, pitchers like Woodward, Birchard, Wichrowski, Kuehner, KC Hunt. Also don't forget international signees, Luis Lara is Dec 26 eligible, as are Juan Baez, Manuel Rodriguez.

That would explain why we avoid 19 year old high schoolers like the plague.
