DSL Gold’s home game against DSL Orioles Orange was suspended in the top of the 5th inning as they were leading 1-0. I assume they’ll finish this game as part of a quasi-doubleheader on August 8

19-year old RHP Ruben Saldana can be proud of his effective start: 4 IP, 0 R, 4 H, 3 BB, 1 HBP, 5 Ks. LF Alexander Frias was 1-for-2 with a double, while DH Jonathan Rangel was 1-for-2 with a single.

DSL Blue trailed the DSL Rays 5-1 in the bottom of the 4th inning when their game was suspended. They’re also likely to play a quasi-doubleheader to complete this game - on August 2 in their case.

Starting 19-year old RHP Josue Toledo allowed 4 earned runs (3 IP, 5 R (4 ER), 7 H, 2 BB, 1 HBP, 3 Ks). 1B Joan Gutierrez (1-for-1) had collected a double and C Yoneiker Lugo (1-for-2) had an RBI single.
