What is spring training really like (Player's Perspective)?

I stumbled across this video from Jacob Turner.  I have never attended a spring training either as a fan or as a player.  I thought this video gives a great view on what it means to be a player.  Also, it gives some perspective on what the players are thinking.  I believe almost everyone on the board has a great attitude towards the guys that are busting their tails.  It still gave me a better understanding.

It talks about what it is like to be cut, injured, and making the squad.
