Why is it that the Crew can hit up Clemens, Maddux, Beckett, Burnett, and many other good quallity pitchers?

But when it come to guys that aren't so good (Luke Hudson, Ramon Ortiz, that rookie from Pit., Brian Moeller, any LH finess pitcher) they all look like Cy Young award calliber pitchers.
