Daron Sutton back with Milwaukee... UWM that is

I was flipping through channels and the UWM basketball game was on TW Sports and sure enough I heard a familiar voice. I am surprised he would come back to Milwaukee to do basketball games for UWM.

I assume Daron would broadcast monkeys playing shuffleboard if you paid his air fare and a standard play-by-play check. Most guys like working in more than one sport, just to have it on their resume.

Being outside of TW, I had the unfortunate luck of hearing him on the UW-UWM telecast over horizonleague.tv

As much as some people on this board don't apparently care for Sutton, he doesn't seem to be short of work. I think he must be at least somewhat well regarded in the industry.

 

 

 

Personally, I was pretty indifferent to him. TV announcers don't tend to bother me unless they are just legitimately really bad, which I don't think anyone could realistically say about Daron Sutton (or even Bill Schroeder).
