No, a poster on the major league forum said the ticket office is no longer pre-selling passes.

when I sent my ticket rep an email ordering my parking, I asked for 2 for opening day. I haven't heard back from him yet, but if I get two I actually won't need them now so I should hopefully have an extra general pass. I will let you know burnie.
