I apologize to the mods who didn't know that in some contexts (as was my intent here) the German word Uber can be translated as "Super". Maybe asking for a clarification is more in the intent of the thread ... Your contined abuse of the ellipsis is almost as troubling as any crazy view point. The combative style that has driven posters away has been happening for a while and it's usually the same posters over and over again; even since the start of this thread there have been the same posters doing the same thing even after admitting they may be "over the top." This isn't the only forum I post in and the other one is way more cut-throat so I can handle the snark and sometimes welcome it (when done properly) but the board had been getting more difficult to read over the last few years and while the in-game threads can be annoying, I noticed it in threads on all the various 'forums' within this board. I know I should report posts, but it's easier just to combat them real-time. I'll quit that now.

I wonder how many Brewer innings the contact play has killed? If you just stall the 3b a bit you likely don't get a double play there with Schoop running. Would rather have it be first and third w/ one out (or 2nd and third w/ one out) than first and second w/ one out. Got a good feeling about Thames here. Gah, nevermind. Woulda been a run w/out the contact play. Whatever.

Since he's been with the Brewers, Schoop reminded me of a more athletic Yuni B at the plate; that would probably be an improvement.

When they were throwing to 3rd to try to get Braun, I half-expected Shaw to be there, too. I'm cynical, but it seems like I've seen this team make so many errors on the bases like that or get thrown out badly. Great to see Braun get in there. Before this inning, I was thinking that Harvey was pitching pretty well.

4-0. If the Brewers were up 4-0 I would feel kind of bad about their chances at victory. Down 4-0? Meh. Just get out of the inning at this point.

Not sure which commercials I dislike the most. But it's definitely a toss-up from Pizza Ranch, Tubey, Personal Injury law firm commercials, or Feldco. I'm not asking for Emmy winning commercials but man they're brutal. I'm aware other small markets (or markets in general) have equally annoying commercials; almost by definition, commercials are boring.

It's the attacks against other posters rather than saying "Counsell is an idiot" during the heat of the game as I read that initial post from the moderator. The board was becoming unreadable because of attacks back and forth.
