  1. God that was a pretty swing from Jackson. Man. Wow, a triple. Chourio will take it.
  2. You know this is going to happen, LOL. Do the Brewers play in St. Louis at the end of the year?
  3. My apologies if it's been said but the move is a gamble but IF Priester can develop into a mid-rotation starter that would be a massive W for the Brewers, IMO. Biggest thing is if he's healthy. It stinks to lose the draft pick and bonus pool but controllable, near MLB-ready talent is going to cost.
  4. Man you love those 3 run homers.
  5. I think it's a wider step toward 3rd base.
  6. Reminds me of a friend of mine playing Men's hockey in Whitefish, MT. I forgot which ex NHLers played in his league but it sounded pretty competitive. He got better as he got older. Now he's just older and doesn't play hockey anymore.
  7. I mean, cmon, lol. This did make me laugh. I know you're being facetious and I get it, he's sucked. It is head scratching because there are likely other arms that could occupy his 40-man spot AND contribute to the Brewers. I don't really get this kind of move, either.
  8. I think you can kind of see what the Brewers like in Thomas but he's just not ready yet for MLB level. I'm not sure what the overall plan is but clearly they think he had an opportunity with the injuries but yeah, he's just not ready yet. Not unlike other Rule 5 guys who had a chance early in the year while other starters or regulars were still getting over injuries.
  9. They'd probably tolerate it more than your threads with only a link to let someone else do the talking. Now I know why.
  10. Who gives a crap. Mitchell needs to learn to hit them at some point if they ever want him to be an every day player.
  11. Isn't Mitchell a good fielder, too? Why remove him there. I hate that move.
  12. Come on. Why is Mitchell always being pinch hit for?
  13. What bothers me more than the Reds teeing off, is that no one in our lineup right now is capable of thumping the ball. Even the guys who should are so far off from doing that, you just wonder how these guys are going to keep getting single after single and beat many teams. You assume these guys will get going but even when they do, there's still a lot of slap hitters in the lineup.
