I don't like the Reds but only because they beat us all the time. Other than that I have nothing against them. If anything I like the fact that they take it to the Cardinals who I hate as much as the Cubs. Speaking of last night I would love to hear a Cardinals take on why they were so upset with Cordero. Why would you hit Pujols with Holliday and Berkman coming up as the winning run? How anyone on the Cardinals could think that was intentional is an idiot. That gets to the heart of why I hate the Cardinals. They have this air of superiority that is completely illogical and disgusting. Absolutely cannot stand them.

Just saw that Gomez' OBP for May is .342 and is best among Brewers regulars. Props to GoGo at least for this month thus far.

Maybe its because I had such low expectations but watching YuniB and Rickie turn two is awesome.

Love seeing Gomez work it to 3-2 in both of his first at bats with a walk and a single. Still don't like him in the 2 hole, but really great to see.

Good Lord does Greinke look good. 19 pitches and 15 of them strikes.

Well this game couldn't have started any better. If the hitting is coming around this team is going to be fun to watch.

Hart can play a decent RF, but every metric I have seen shows him below average there (at least that I remember). I think that putting him in CF would only accentuate those deficiencies.

Apparently Bill thinks that we need to overwork Loe to get the "fatigue factor" for his sinker to be effective. So since Loe hasn't pitched since Wed he needs to be in? And why the H is Stetter pitching to a righty? ah another lefty after Cedeno. Ok now its time to get him out of there.

I never said otherwise. However, I am still happy that Kotsay is doing pretty well when he gets the time. Hopefully Hart can be in there everyday soon.Absolutely. I have no problems with Kotsay and am happy to have him doing well when he does. But I'll light RRR up every time. Just because it works out doesn't mean he shouldn't get criticized for it. And as I type this Hart rocks a double to the wall. Hopefully this can help keep Hart in the lineup on a constant basis.

Exactly. Walker was yelling "How did you miss that?" but it was way too close for anyone to be upset one way or another.

That was an awful play by McCutchen. Just because Kotsay got lucky doesn't mean that RRR is right for starting Kotsay 3-4 times a week as he has. And Casey McGhee is really slow. How do you not score on a ball to the wall when you are halfway to second?Well, if McCutchen makes the play, Kotsay is unlucky that he hit a shot right at a guy. Kotsay has had quality ABs and hit the ball hard today.One day does not a good hitter make. Kotsay has value, but its not as a guy who starts as often as he has. The only time Kotsay should be starting is when Hart needs a day off (once a week) and he shouldn't even sniff CF ever again. If Gomez needs a day off Boggs should be starting there. Other than that he should be relegated to pinch hitting and trying to draw a walk which is what his strengths are. Anything other than that is misusing him.

The only thing I don't like is Kotsay playing. Hart ripped a double and had another hard hit ball lat night. Dude is never going to figure it out if he doesn't get consistent AB's. That doesn't even mention the fact that Kotsay is garbage in the field and at the plate.
