(Mods I thought this post maybe to large for the spring training thread if you have to move it I apologize) Wow, what a great trip! I got there Tuesday and decided to go see the Giants play the Rangers since the Brewers had off. The KC Royals minor league complex is right across the parking lot and I went over there and chatted with former Brewer Doug Henry for a while. (I used to pitch inside a gym with him near Waukesha a few years ago it was cool he still remembered me). Anyways, went to the game and before the game I also talked with West Bend, WI native Ryan Rohlinger who plays for the Giants. I used to play against him in summer ball, I had a good chat w/him to. For Autographs I pretty much hit the jackpot! Check it out! On a side note....none of these are for trade or sale I'm a collector myself. You also wont see any of these on Ebay thats just pathetic in my opinion Elvis Andrus (Rangers Shortstop of the Future)......................................................Will Clark! http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/ElvisAndrus.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/WillClark.jpg AND...... JOSH HAMILTON!!...........................................................................Omar Vizquel Signed Program! http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/JoshHamilton.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/OmarVizquelProgram.jpg Buster Posey (Top 10 Prospect in all of MLB) http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Posey8x10.jpg The next day we went to see the White Sox and the Brewers at the White Sox park. Getting Brewers autographs before the game was super easy! Here is what I all got from that day! MAT GAMEL......................................................................................LORENZO CAIN http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/MatGamel.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/LorenzoCain.jpg ALCIDES ESCOBAR................................................................JERMAINE DYE AND ALEXEI RAMIREZ http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/AlcidesEscobar.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/DyeandARamirez.jpg Other Side of Dye & Ramirez Ball.Gordon Beckam (#8 Overall Pick Last Year) http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/GordonBeckham.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/SoxProgram.jpg More Brewers..... Getting autographs is much harder then going to away stadiums to get Brewers autographs. I got some great autos once again though so I left happy!! http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Hardy8x10.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/SvuemProgram.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Cards.jpg AND FINALLY TO TOP IT ALL OFF! TREVOR HOFFMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Hoffman8x10.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/signed%20baseballs/Hoffman.jpg Trevor Hoffman came out of the locker room to the game about half way through the first inning. Everyone that had wanted autographs had returned to there seats. Hoffman signed for myself and two other people and then he disappeared. I never saw him during or after the game. I was simply in the right spot at the right time! I would say I got lucky! I also have a Weeks and Hardy signed picture not pictured (yet) PRINCE....................................................................................Counsell, Escobar, Gamel, Hart, Fielder, Don Money, B.Nelson http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Fielder8x10.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/BrewersProgram.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h11/numberonewadefan/Baseball/2009%20Spring%20Training/Royals.jpg

Same here...best $ ever spent. I would advise not going to a place that does it for $600 an eye though. My vision seems to be improving with it and I had it done a few years ago. I still remember all those I drops in the beginning ugh that was the worst

Man I pitched against Ryan Rohlingher (the guy that hit the bomb in the 9th) in summer baseball. That guy can rake

The only concern in the article is when he said Escobar is a Scott Boras client

Leavin on tuesday! I'm pumped!

Anyone check out any of the other stadiums down there yet this year?

I'm looking for seats a little lower. thanks for the offer though

Looking for some Tuesday Brewers tickets. I need 2 or 4. Looking for some good seats at a good price. Let me know. thanks

Wow good stuff. Did anyone besides Rickie sign some autos?

Wow good stuff. Did anyone besides Rickie sign some autos?

Same here.

I havent seen anything either. Whats the title of the email? I hope I didnt delete it!

anyone have some pictures to post from down there?

I thought I read Feb 23rd?

Yikes I hope Gallardo and Braun are going to be there the week I am down there!

Pretty interesting didn't realize it until today, I watched him tonight the judges seem to like this guy. It would be pretty cool IMO if someone from here actually won this show although I'm not a huge fan I know a lot of people are

Are the minor league guys practicing at the same time on different fields?

Anyone go check out the other stadiums in the area? If you head down to see the Brewers you have to check out the other places. The stadium in Surprise is awesome I know. Also go check out the Angels pad its pretty sweet to

Blessing in disguise. Watch

Whose the other guy like G-Rob but with orange hair and looks like he hasn't showered in years?

Is there a seprate thread for discussing getting autographs at spring training?

All this Braun autograph stuff makes me laugh. Spring training his rookie year my dad and I talked to the guy for 5 minutes outside the batting cage and signed everything I threw at him, no personalization or anything. Great kid very personable. I remember my dad saying wait till he makes it big time we wont ever be able to do that again. Last year I was glad I waited for 5 hours freezing at miller park to get all those autographs at that on deck event and again no personalization by Braun. Wow how things change when you turn into the "real deal"

This is TERRIBLE!!! You guys are ok with Jason Kendall and Doug Melvin? These bobbleheads are garbage! I'll be going for Braun and Hoffman only! Wow, I'm disappointed big time

I'm there! March 10-13th!

Hey, I know there has to be some out there but where are the spring training threads as far as whose going etc..thanks
