    Haven't been around much lately.....how's the "Trade Sexson" faction doing lately? That would be great to get rid of a proven slugger I'd say. Richie the Man!

    D'Angelo Jimenez hitting 3rd?????????? If I were a Reds' season ticket holder I'd demand a refund. That's the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a long time.

    BlazinWings, That's the point....those organizations seem to be in limbo constantly and they are doing all right and kick the crap out of our local heroes constantly. It's an embarrassment.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but that makes the BrewCrew 0-10 against the Expos and Marlins.....2 teams often brought up for discussion as to why they even exist in baseball anymore. That's sure a kick to the groin area.

    While initially not liking the idea of home field going to the winner, I thought I'd be open minded about it. I still don't know if it's the best method but it was a pretty interesting tool to use to keep me as interested as I was in the end of the game. Did anyone catch Selig in the first row stuffing his mouth (and I mean stuffing) with some kind of sandwich....good old fashioned Chicago Italian Sausage, perhaps? Does anybody have any idea what the Brewers player stats in All Star games are? Definitely no homers and the OBP or BA has to be abysmal. Add another 0 for to the list last night.

    Nope......it's NFC Norris. He explained it a long time ago because both the NFC Central and Norris Division in hockey had mediocre teams and were in the same geographic area. He continues to call it the Norris even though most of the population has no idea what he's talking about.

    As a fan who got to see a lot of games at Old Comiskey after moving to the Chicago burbs in high school, it's ironic because Old Comiskey and old Tiger Stadium would have been ideal for a competition like this.

    I just got home during the Pujols onslaught and turned the sound off immediately. Chris Berman is the definition of "tired act". His constant phrase of NFC Norris during football highlights to describe the Packers' division is stale. There hasn't been a Norris Division in hockey for years. Thanks for saving me the time of watching the tape on Richie. I set it to record just in case this morning.

    ....I want 3 out of 4 at least against Pittsburgh this week. This losing at home garbage has to stop.

    ...another good crowd, another loss. Grand slam was exciting. The 4, 5 spots in the rotation and the closer situation is just killing us lately.

    Seems to me the Brewers would rank very high in the number of weekday afternoon games. A lot of teams don't do it very much. I know the Cubs play a lot of times over the years (as they are this weekend) on the road at night, have to fly back and play an afternoon game on Friday at home.

    ....until the Packers open up on Monday Night Football preseason. By the way, when will all the chirping start about not signing Lima? He was a Newark Bear a month ago.

    I know, I know, we're not going to the playoffs but when you see some signs of improvement and the team is playing well on the road, it's a killer for your closer to blow 2 in a row. 3 in a row....let's hope another BrewCrew patented losing streak isn't on the horizon.

    ...to flatten that dumb hill and put the flagpole out of the playing area. What a joke. Just saw the highlight on Baseball Tonight. That's going too far in trying to pay homage to old ballparks. It's unnecessary and silly.
