Sure the odds of Quintana doing anything are low but they’re not zero. The fact that we had to part with a legit prospect and cash in order to offload Cortes for a AAAA player is baffling. This is why people are pissed about attanasio being so cheap. There was absolutely no reason to make this trade. Hang onto Cortes for depth if nothing else, don’t pay a price to get get rid of him for no return.

Has anyone tried to buy a Sunday funday bundle? It’s still being advertised as $65 for 4 but the cheapest seat options are $20 a ticket so it comes out to over $80.

Everyone talking about Counsell's salary are ignoring the fact that Attanasio is too cheap to actually spend on a roster that can compete. Even if the salaries were equal, the payrolls are not. Attanasio needs to sell the team if he's not serious about spending to put together a contender. This is on him more than Counsell, but they can both rot.

Not a fan of this trade at all. Seems like a lot to give up for a rental, especially since it means we're 100% banking on Arcia now.

I’ll be in Nashville seeing the Sounds take on the Marlins AAA affiliate and I am very excited to see Isan and Monte again. Saw them both in Wisconsin and the AFL and still think they can make big league contributions. But yes, this trade was highway robbery and I love Yelich.
