    Take it easy chief, you're more than welcome to jump off the bandwagon based on their first rough road trip. Mind you they're beating down on the Central and that's whats going to atleast get them to the playoffs. Watch the first step, it's a doosey.

    I think we should option Ann Carroll to being Bob Brainerd's assistant for Bucks games nonsense, and not call anyone up to replace her. I'll just look at the desk and make up my own commentary.

    Yeah, I think I'm on the Hamels bandwagon for the rest of the night...unless the Brewers start rallying of course, then I'll get off. Trowekamp...I'd had to vote for In Play, Outs And as for Ann Carroll, my favorite was a few days ago against the Mets in the pregame. "When we come back, we'll talk about the pitching matchup (awkward silence) Su...Suppan against the lef-right uh... (frantically looking at papers on desk) ah... (awkward silence) we'll be right back when we come back."

    Given the current situation, maybe we could make this a talk like Ann Carroll IGT night? All you have to do is be repetitive, stutter, mispronounce names, forget who the starting pitchers were, and talk like every word is the beginning of the sentence.

    I like those Mets splits against Suppan...among guys with a decent sample, looks like Soup's biggest threat will be Jose Valentin. And you know what if there's one guy that can beat us and I won't complain, it's Jose Valentin. I saw him at a K-Mart around 1994. I know you're all jealous.

    And +2 for the Seinfeld quote. On the bright side tonight, Turnbow and Coco are now on four full days of rest. Should be plenty fresh for when they are finally needed.

    I noticed when I got home and was watching the news and saw that...quite frankly, I didn't find it to be THAT warm in there.

    What lessons will they learn from this loss? Not to give up a 4 run inning and back-to-back jacks? We just got beat today; not too much you can take away from this one. Agreed, as much as I hate to say it, the Brewers can be beat and tonight was a good example of that. Where's the props for Spurling and his scoreless 1 2/3 innings? The guy's got the ERA down to 3.18. Hopefully he can keep it that way.

    On another note, I didn't mind the aggressive baserunning tonight...obviously the hit and run didn't exactly work out well when Bush was at the plate, but other than that I like the fact that Ned is choosing to run a bit more these last few games. Bush, just like against the Astros on the 22nd, was great up until one inning that killed him. Oh well, get 'em tomorrow.

    So...Pitt comes in to town and now we have Coco and Turnbow on three full days rest. 7-0 start to the homestand, anyone?

    PRINCE Feel somewhat bad for the Cardinals, already outscored 22-3 this series. But it's nice to be on this end of a series beatdown for once.

    Went with a DeMarini 375, had a game tonight, two caught at the top of the fence. Guess I should hit the weights. Other than that, great pop off that thing.
