  1. again, Hader's hair............................................horrible.
  2. All picks are assigned a slot value. If you sign a guy for underslot or less than the value of the slot where he was taken, you can use that saved money on picks later in case a top talent falls further than expected. thank you!
  3. Projected to sign for less than slot value which in the case of the Brewers is $4,570,000. So if he signs for under that slot value they can allocate the money towards other selections. thank you!
  4. Sorry for my ignorance, but what does underslot mean?
  5. T-Rats postponed due to weather. No word yet on re-scheduled date.
  6. I have the Giannis if interested.
  7. Hader's hair is terrible. I don't understand this look on professional ball players.
  8. pathetic at bat from Villar too. Again, I am sooooo happy he did not accept the Brewers offer. Make him prove himself before offering him that kind of money, not just one possible fluke season...
  9. Great throw there Phillips! GREAT THROW! Bad move to test the rookie arm...lol
  10. His current number may be far different than the one he gets once he is a permanent member of the team... Just sayin' It might be a good idea to hold off until he is a regular...
  11. Garza is one of the last guys on this team I would peg for a leader after his nonsense last season. I don't know how his name could possibly surface as a leader.
  12. I haven't seen a lot of contempt for Counsell this year when things don't go our way. Sedar gets the business at times, but deservedly so. RRR was always the goat, but again, that guy deserved all he got from the fans and this board and then some. One of my happiest days as a Brewer fan was the day he was finally canned.
  13. If it's not the Dodgers, it will be an AL team that he gets moved to. At this point, DH is his best position.
  14. To be fair, it was one out, but 2 strikes when the runner got to third. It isn't like he had a full at bat with a runner on 3rd and 1 out.
  15. If we cut/DFA Feliz tomorrow, I wouldn't be disappointed one single bit.
  16. Well, we survived Torres, bring on K-Rod, er, I mean Feliz...
  17. Great catch there by Broxton, obviously, but I can't help but feel bad for Jimmy Nelson. Dude deserved a win here for certain.
  18. I apologize, but your demeanor here turns off a lot of posters... Yup, I shouldn't have gone there. So now you speak for a lot of posters? Give me a break. This board is getting into a very bad habit of tearing down anyone who has a differing opinion. My thoughts didn't attack anyone individually. It only pointed out that some players get butchered, sometimes for little things, while a guy like Knebel blows a game (3BS) and not a peep about him. I've seen others say it's because Villar just makes so many mistakes and all that and I accept their opinion and would've easily moved on. You just decided to be not to nice to me for really no reason other than we disagree. ...and I apologized.
  19. Lol, Oh man. Keep the personal attacks coming. This place is showing it's true colors. My comments have nothing to do with a like or dislike for Villar. Just that he gets treated very differently. Sorry that triggers you into a post like this. It was fair game after your "slept with your wives" comment...
