A win in this game would be great. I'm expecting a lackluster 9th. I hate that I expect that.

The 8th inning was disheartening. And, seriously BA is not good at judging fly balls.

It's too early to get depressed, so I'm just ignoring all of the depressing things there are to comment on. Also, I'm watching the Braves broadcast, and at times Dale Murphy sounds like he's not seen a baseball game before. Edit: depressing misplay from Gamel and Weeks. I'm ignoring it.

I'd prefer games without 5+ run innings for the other team.

So, I'm not saying it's over, but I am saying 'it looks like one of those days.' I got a two hour meeting to head to, so maybe when I get back from that it'll have turned around in a big way. Here's hoping!

It's innings like this that make it hard for me to get real excited about Greinke. I know his overall numbers are very good. Where do these kind of innings come from with him? How can he look so in control and then turn into Ben Hendrickson?
