I'm watching w the sound off (so i havent heard any discussion), but if Ramirez fields that ball cleanly did he have a play? Seemed like he would have to me, but I could very well be wrong. Either way, still plenty of blame for ax. No excuse to walk Schumacher after No way Ramirez gets Furcal on that play.

Batters throw their bats down and show emotion all the time and they aren't tossed unless they do it in the direction of the ump. Their backs were to each other, no way Greinke should have been thrown and that has nothing to do with reading intention. Not to mention, most umps will take into consideration the ramifications it has on a team when tossing their starting pitcher (let alone their ace!) 4 pitches into the game. It has a MUCH larger affect on a team than tossing a position player.

I'm so beyond sick of Morgan's act. The 2-0 pitch that he pointlessly showed bunt on was the exact pitch he should've been looking to yank to RF in that count. Nothing he does this year seems to have any logic behind it. Trade him and get Logan up here already!
