    i have not been able to watch a cubs game here in watertown on wgn lately and kinda upset cuz they ( cubs ) usually lose when I watch

    I think that Jenkins is gone next year ...as much as i hate to say it, but for what he will be making vs the production hes put out if would be very tough to justify that fat paycheck he will get on his option. COCO may return next year that is if Mark is willing to pull out the check book Hall will be our Cfer so all you guys that scream MOVE HALL TO THE IF are joking yourselves. Hall is fine where he is at. Sheets staying healty is a big IF.... I swear that guy is made of glass. Turnbow if he does nto get delt I can see him being even better then this year! YES I SAID IT!!! Ill add more if I am up to it in a bit

    The Brewers are overacheiving this year next year it will be expected I fully disagree with that satement.... cards will spend tons of money and so will the cubs to retool and here the brewers fans will sit saying that same saying "we will get em next season" blah anyways coco shouldnt be tired I agree...heck he sits on the pine half the time on the raod anyways so he gets nice little vacations

    As far as Coco... would it be unthinkable to make him the "home closer" and make Turnbow the "road closer?" It's hard to believe it's the same pitcher when you look at Cordero at home vs. on the road. ------------------------------------------------------ This is not a bad idea cuz with the pickup of linebrink I could see this actually working

    "Two things that would make us instantly better would be a demotion of Weeks and a month off for Suppan." I wouldnt mind a DL stint for soup but more then a month how about 3 years? On another note I would take Dye I think. Cant be worse then Jenkins? Mench?

    YOu hit it right on the head. Soup was bought in to be the "stopper" as they say and to eat up innings...yeah the young pups are the ones that are keeping the team in games where the vets are no where to be found. I have accepted the fact that jenkins will always be jenkins..... I just dont know what I feel like with this team atm... Part of me is saying same old brewers just different faces, but the other part of me wishes and hopes the team puts up a good fight. With that said the horrible road trip made me wish I had not watched these games O and weeks needs to step it up and start hitting the ball If he keeps takin walks I say move him to the lead off spot and maybe get hart a chance on the 8 spot

    Before I read this whole thing I would like to say this: Cappy was on base that whole time in that heat. He had no tiem to rest. Due to it being so hot and then turning around and throwing the next inning after siting in the heat did not help him any. Pitchers get tired faster when its that hot outside ...give this guy a break. We had the BP all available to bail him out if it was needed. I think cappy will be fine the second half.... if not i would be very disapointed

    i just want to call gwynn up if hall is on the DL for a month. I think the consistent ABs will help him ... but i am sure we will see gross at least for these 3 games to the AS break

    I hear its a high ankle sprain which is what pro football players need at LEAST a month to recover from... I think hall is done for awhile
